I would look into the voice recognition feature.
The latest info is that that the voice recognition has problems becuase it doesn't pick up the syllabels or nouns well. Therefore it becomes increasingly frustrating when you think the input is done and find that your input was incorrect.
Since I work for Webb Electronics I might seem biased but the company keeps up on the competition's new features.

It is a bit pricey, and not sure of they have all the features you are looking for. There seems to be a few other reps from diferent companies joining up, so hopefully they will chime in about their services.

We have been through a full 14 day trail with webbelectronics Victory package and we liked the software. Entering in the data is painful. I don't know if any software can make this task any easier. However a few more requirements that we have added to the list.

1) Live Capture
2) Manual tagging or auto tagging of play information.(Off/Def,Down,Distance, Hash)
3) Upload and input roster information
4) Graduating roster information
5) Reports,reports,reports.
