Adrian,

I am basically looking for a lifting program that would make my team stronger in the off season and maintain it during the season. I know the standard power cleans, bench press, squat, ect. But I would like something organized that can be tracked and progressed.

is a great resource. I've used a modified version of this with several different teams (track, swim, lacrosse, football) for over 5 years now and it works. The basic template is all you need to get underway - use the charts and percentages as you get comfortable with the system.
