One small piece of advice...post the resume in an older word document format ( I assume your using a MAC since it is a docx format) There is a 97-2004 format option in the save as screen that seems to work much better universally.

Actually the docx format is for both PC and MAC (Office 2007 or 2008). Make you save as a .doc (Save as Word 97-2003). And that will help as not everyone has updated to Office 2007.
