About John's DVD's:
Moving More Muscle

A video that is helpful for the personal trainer or regular
exerciser; John describes quick and effective exercise combinations
that are proven to reduce fat, increase strength, and save you
time! If you are still spending 1-2 hours in a gym, than you are
wasting too much time and energy in the wrong things--things that
don't amount to size, strength, or fat loss. The Moving More
Muscles DVD is jam-packed with information taken straight from a
lecture and practical workshop conducted by John Izzo. This video
begins with a lecture on the importance of balancing agonist and
antagonist muscles and "formatting" your nervous system to enhance
performance through efficient movements and patterns.
Eye of the Trainer

The Eye of the Trainer DVD demonstrates seven key exercises and
allows viewers to "observe" how an exercise is performed
incorrectly and then is followed by the correct version of the
exercise. Most people are visual learners--the Eye of the Trainer
DVD demonstrates the wrong way to perform an exercise and
identifies the common reasons why an exercise is performed
incorrectly. The video also contains over four dozen exercise
techniques and drills to supplement your workout and correct your
form! A truly invaluable resources for exercisers and personal
trainers alike!
