This group is for the people that like to break the mold on occassion. The use of sandbags, stones, lifting variations, kegs, strongman, sledgehammers, thick ropes, powerlifting, etc is strongly encouraged!

Just wanted to add this group for those of us who train others using kettlebells, or questions about doing so. I've had a great deal of interest about them recently.
