Just wanted to add this group for those of us who train others using kettlebells, or questions about doing so. I've had a great deal of interest about them recently.

Thanks for the friend invite, looks like we share a lot of the same interests and jobs. Let me know if you need anything, Happy New Years!

Goals should definitley be written down and placed somewhere where we can see them and be reminded of them all the time. That way we keep our focus so we can accomplish our goals.

We should also decide how we are going to accomplish these goals. It does us no good to have goals if we have not thought about HOW we will accomplish them....

We definitely need goals. If we aim at nothing... we will acheive nothing. It's great that you teach people the importance of setting goals. I do the same thing.

I checked out your site and it seems you offer a good program that is very unique. That's great!! It's good that you are flexible and offer people the opportunity to work from home or train with you in person. Your price is reasonable as well.

Have you looked into being a Team BeachBody coach in addition to this? That way you can offer some other workouts for people who don't really want to do kettlebells. A good workout that you would enjoy recommending would be the P90X by Tony Horton; have you ever heard of it?. There are 12 workout DVDs in the program, as well as a nutrition guide, since it's not just about exercise, but also about eating right and taking the right suppplements. All three of these ingredients create the synergy we need to get the results we want, wouldn't you agree?

Thanks for stopping by to say hi!! I've been homeschooling my kids and I am glad we now have a 2-week break =)

I have also been spreading the news about Team BeachBody's fitness program. Letting others know how easy, fun and inexpensive it is to get and STAY in shap with this program. It sure beats paying for gym membership and commuting to and from there, or purchasing expensive, bulky equipment that quickly get left to collect dust =)

What about you? What have you been up to?

We have won 5 conference and have had some moderate success in the state playp-offs. I have a good group this year. This is the 1st year that I have not been an assistant basketball coach so I have been hitting the wieght room with my kids. We are a small rural school so we have many 2 and 3 sport kids. I got interested in kettlebells after seeing Derrick Johnson the pitching coach at Univ. of Vanderbilt talk about how they use them in their baseball program as well as in their whole athletic program.

I wish it were a sled, it was a 4x4 truck for a charity do I put on last year - that was no fun at all pulling and pushing that for 30 minutes straight
