Hi,
My name is Charles Silvestre and I am a french scout. I would like to develop a network with coaches from high school and universities. I would like to organize a football tour with a french team (boys, 16/18 and 19/20 years) and I am looking for teams to meet them. If you are interested, please contact me. I hope to develop links between France and USA.
